We are currently in the planning phase of introducing kids sessions into our school holidays timetable.
Sessions will be based around a bootcamp format with fun and challenging exercises that focus on developing coordination, balance, strength, stamina, range of motion and all-round fitness level.
Healthy body, healthy mind.
We will also be offering breakfast sessions in local beds/ herts schools for September 2022.
