Not only do we of course coach and support within the session itself, we pride ourselves on the bespoke support we give outside of the sweaty time we spend together! Whether this is target setting, home programming or nutrition. You also have access to our Online Hub which includes a wealth of recorded routines, healthy lifestyle and nutritional tips (all with a real coach that you can actually chat to as much or as little as you'd like).
That old saying, 'not one size fits all' rings very true here. Exercises are differentiated to suit you, your abilities, needs and targets. Whether this means scaled-up or scaled down or a complete variation dependant on your fitness level. We take smaller numbers than conventional Bootcamps with everyone having their own mat and equipment, therefore there is much more focus on you (as well as ensuring you are nice and safe in these very strange times).
We work you to your max, no one elses. You are not pitted against one another. These Sessions are for ALL abilities and fitness levels. There is certainly no need to feel anxious as we harness a judgement free, supportive environment.
