High Intensity Interval Training is considered to be one of the most effective ways to burn calories, loose weight and build muscle/ 'tone-up'.
Not only do we of course coach and support within the session itself, you also have access to our Online Hub which includes a wealth of recorded routines, healthy lifestyle and nutritional tips.
That old saying, 'not one size fits all' rings very true here. Exercises are differentiated to suit you, your abilities, needs and targets. Whether this means scaled-up or scaled down or a complete variation dependant on your fitness level. We take smaller numbers than conventional Bootcamps, ensuring that there is more focus on you.
We work you to your max, no one else's. You are not pitted against one another. These Sessions are for ALL abilities and fitness levels. There is certainly no need to feel anxious as we harness a judgement free, supportive environment.

Sessions run in 4 week blocks- usually in-line with the calender start and end of the month.
You can pay by cash, BACS, card reader or via links below. £35 for x4 per block, £70 for x8 per block and £100 for unlimited. PAYG is an option, however it of course doesn't provide you with the adherence and consistency in the same way. All info of current and future blocks are on the info section in our closed WhatsApp group.
Missed sessions do not carry-over into further blocks BUT you can mix and match as much as you need to get your number in!
You can top up a block with £10 per additional session OR singular PAYG is available at £12.50 per session.
All sessions are held at StMary's Church Hall, Stotfold.

Missed/ cancelled sessions do not roll over into the following monthly block and are non-refundable. They must be made-up in that designated 4 week block.
