High Intensity Interval Training is considered to be one of the most effective ways to burn calories, loose weight and build muscle/ 'tone-up'.
Not only do we of course coach and support within the session itself, we pride ourselves on the bespoke support we give outside of the sweaty time we spend together! Whether this is target setting, home programming or nutrition. You also have access to our Online Hub which includes a wealth of recorded routines, healthy lifestyle and nutritional tips (all with a real coach that you can actually chat to as much or as little as you'd like). That old saying, 'not one size fits all' rings very true here. Exercises are differentiated to suit you, your abilities, needs and targets. Whether this means scaled-up or scaled down or a complete variation dependant on your fitness level. We take smaller numbers than conventional Bootcamps, ensuring that there is more focus on you.
We work you to your max, no one else's. You are not pitted against one another. These Sessions are for ALL abilities and fitness levels. There is certainly no need to feel anxious as we harness a judgement free, supportive environment.

Sessions run in Stotfold and take place in 4 week pre-paid blocks or PAYG.
Missed/ cancelled sessions do not roll over into the following monthly block and are non-refundable. They must be made-up in that designated 4 week block.
If non-attendance is Covid-19 related then of course please message me directly and we can make arrangements :)
