Hi, I'm Joe, I am a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. I also lead our amazing bunch at The FIIT Hub Outdoor and Online Coaching Programmes.
I'm all about 'realistic fitness', creating a training regime that suits you and your lifestyle. We'd all love the time to train everyday (or maybe not) but life is busy, so it's about supporting you to make gradual and sustainable steps to still enjoy life (and food) whilst engraining new habits that you can maintain.
I'll support you throughout your entire 'journey' -not just that 1 hour Personal Training session. I work from my own Private Studio space based in Stotfold, Hertfordshire.

PACKAGES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST
6 week programme creation (an initial consultation is essential) to support your ownership and adherence in your fitness. Weekly check-ins where we discuss progress on the gym floor, your nutrition and focus on weekly and overall target setting. This is done via message/ email
A debrief/ re-evaluation can then be (if you do so wish) booked in every 6 weeks to review progress and to build a further 6 weeks of progressive programming.
Due to the current unpredictable times, we are currently unable to offer any 6 and 12 session packages. During this time we will be working with a alternative loyalty programme. For every 9 sessions you book you will get the 10th free. This only applies if you have checked in for the 10 sessions within a 12 week period. UNLESS however anlockdown hits. In this case it will be frozen to secure your savings. All other elements of packages remain. This only applies to 60 minute 1:2:1 sessions only.
