You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise (if you have any underlying health issue I strongly recommend that you consult with your doctor/ physician before beginning any exercise program). You should understand that when participating in any exercise, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk.
When working out at home, it is important that there is enough room around you and that there are no obstacles or tripping hazards that may cause injury. Make sure you have water handy to keep hydrated and wear suitable footwear and clothing. Of course if anything causes any pain or discomfort, please stop. At this time too it is important to note that if you do not feel at all well, please stop.
Prior to begining a programme with us, you are required to complete a PAR-Q. This can be emailed back to me at info@thefiithub.co.uk
I will always have hard copies with me at Bootcamps and Personal Training Sessions and will send directly within corespondance prior to begining a programme, HOWEVER if any of your health circumstances change it is your responsability to inform your trainer by completing a new, up-to-date PAR-Q.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Missed sessions/ services not used are non-refundable. Pleae kindly provide 28 days notice prior to cancelling a monthly subscription.
PERSONAL TRAINING AND SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are at all unwell, especially if you have or have had any Covid-19 symptoms within the last two weeks, or have been in contact with anyone/live with anyone with symptoms, please do not attend your session. You will not be charged in this instance.
Should you need to cancel/reschedule for any reason please call at your very earliest convenience.
There is desirability for certain days and times and thus someone else that will appreciate the use of your cancelled session. If I am able to fill your appointment with somebody, you will not be charged.
More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge
12-24 hours’ notice: 50% charge
Less than 12 hours' notice: Full payment is due
